The title text area is pretty short, so what I'm trying to say is how you could maximize the bandwidth of your internet connection for your pc or laptop.
By default, Microsoft reserves the 20% of your available bandwidth for it's own 'secret' purposes, speculations say that it's probably for updates or checking up on your machine, we never know. Anyways, here's how you could get it back:
1. First, go to run and type: gpedit.msc
2. When the new window appears, go to:
Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Network >> QOS Packet Scheduler >> Right click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and click on Edit.
3. Change the bandwidth percentage from 20 to 0. Then Click on the 'Apply' button.
4. And your done! Enjoy a slightly faster network browsing. Happy weekend everyone!
